Dear Friends,
It is an honor to serve as the Executive Director of Thomas Grady Service Center. I have been with the organization for 25 years, and for the past eight years, I have had the privilege of serving as Executive Director. I am proud to be a second-generation member of this family, continuing the work my mother, Pinkie N. Simmons, began by serving children with developmental disabilities at a time when public education was not yet available to them.
My educational background and experience have shaped my commitment to person-centered care and advocacy. I am passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential, promoting independence, and creating opportunities for meaningful inclusion in our community.
Thomas Grady Service Center has a legacy of compassion, dedication, and innovation. I am grateful to carry that legacy forward and to work alongside a talented team that shares this mission every day.
